With all our software comes support by thermal analysts with over 50 years of combined experience. We can answer questions on the use of our software, on how to model a particular task as well as general heat transfer questions.
Telephone support: We provide full time telephone support (8:00am to 5:00pm EST). If for some reason you do catch us out of the office, please leave a message. We will get back to you promptly.
E-mail support: If you have a question on a particular model, attach it to an e-mail and we'll take a look at it and make recommendations. We guarantee at most a one day response to e-mails. If its proprietary, we'll gladly sign an NDA.
Consulting services: If your project is getting more complicated than you can handle or you are just short of time and could use some help, contact us. We provide expert consulting services. Whether it's a four hour task or extends over many months, we can handle it.
